Reservation Policy
Deposits
We require a deposit representing one-third of the total rental fees before we mail our confirmation for the time period along with maps, directions and other information.
Bookings will be accepted on a first-come basis, but priority may be given to returning guests.
Payment Methods Accepted
INTERAC Email transfer, cheque or PAYPAL (Add 3% to cover Paypal transfer fees)
*U.S. cheque for approximate equivalent amount is acceptable. We will credit you for the actual Canadian amount deposited at our bank according to the exchange rate for that day.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Deposits will be cashed at the time we issue our confirmation and will be refunded when cancellation is received before the end of January the year of your planned holiday. Note that $100.00 or 10% cancellation charge, whichever is lower, will be retained. Your deposit will also be refunded when cancellation is received after the end of January (minus $100.00 or 10% fee) as soon as your reserved dates are rebooked. Reservation dates can be changed at no charge at anytime depending upon availability.
Should COVID-19 travel restrictions be brought back again in 2022 past our end of January refund deadline and in the event that we are not able to rebook your reserved dates, we will offer a refund representing one-half of your booking deposit or apply the full amount of your booking deposit to a later stay in 2023, as you may prefer.
Fees & Taxes
No extra-fees for cleaning or security deposit. H.S.T. 15% is applicable. We are licensed and certified by P.E.I. Tourism for assurances of quality and guarantees.
